About us

We got hooked on greyhounds a couple of years back when we stumbled on the rehoming sites almost by chance and followed up with a visit to our local kennels. Love at first sight.........

We weren't able to adopt at the time, but got involved with helping the local kennels, which was the next best thing.

Soon we were showing all the classic symptoms of greyhound addiction:

House filled with pix of sponsor dogs past and present, dogs we have walked, met, etcChecking the greyhound rehoming sites every day to see if our sponsor dog is pickedBought all the greyhound books, read all the books too, some of them twiceWithdrawal symptoms if we miss the regular greyhound walking sessionWeb Favourites list full of greyhound sitesBeginning to wonder what people see in other breeds ......

There is no known cure. But it's rumoured that adopting a grey (or two) can help ease the symptoms. So when our circumstances changed, that's what we did. Meet Jasmine (Jazz), our very own greyhound girl. (She's NOT available for adoption, she's NOT going anywhere, she's ours all ours.....)

UPDATE: Jazz has now been with us for a year. Watch the video below to discover how quickly grehounds settle in and how adaptable they are!
